Terms of service

Flatly Tracker is a free app for iOS and Android, published by Mateusz Woźniak. Installing or using the app means these terms apply between you and the developer.

Scope: These terms cover the Flatly Tracker mobile app (published in Polish as Mieszkanko) and this website. They do not cover the listing services, map provider or calendar you use alongside the app.
The service: The app stores rental listings you enter or import, with their costs, status, location, notes, photos and viewing dates, on your device. The import feature reads a listing page or screenshots and fills the form with the extracted data.
Licence: You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on devices you control. The app is free of charge; no rights in the software, its name or its design transfer to you.
Acceptable use: Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, and do not use the import feature to fetch pages in bulk or in a way that breaches the terms of the listing service the page comes from.
Imported listings: Listing content belongs to the service or advertiser that published it; the app copies it into your private notebook for your own use. Extraction is automated and may miss or misread a value, so the imported form should be checked before decisions are made on it.
Availability: The app is provided without an availability guarantee. Import depends on the developer's server and on third-party listing pages, so changes to those pages can stop a link from importing. Features may change or be removed between releases.
No warranty: The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Costs, totals and distances shown in the app are informational; the rental decisions you base on them are yours.
Liability: The developer is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for anything that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
Third parties: Google provides the map, Anthropic processes listing extraction, Mixpanel processes product analytics, Sentry processes crash reports, Apple provides iCloud Drive, and the App Store and Google Play distribute the app. Their own terms apply to those parts and are outside the developer's control.
Data and privacy: What the app stores and sends is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms: Updated terms are published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that date means the updated terms apply.
Ending the agreement: You end it by uninstalling the app. The developer may discontinue the app or a feature, with notice on this site where reasonably possible.
Governing law: Polish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country in which you have your habitual residence as a consumer. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
