When you're looking for a rental apartment it's sometimes hard to keep track of where you stand. You don't remember which listings you've already called or when your viewing is. Flatly Tracker is a notebook where you can write down everything that matters, including the real cost of renting, broken down into rent, utilities and commission.

Listings get lost. You forgot to save the link to the ad you've already called about. With my app you have a clear table of the apartments you're considering.

The price in the ad is not the price
Rent in the listing, then an administrative fee on the phone, utilities as a rough guess, internet extra and an agency commission at signing. Flatly Tracker keeps track of all of it and adds up the total monthly cost of renting, so comparing offers is fair.

Where it actually is
A street name in a listing says little about the commute. When you're apartment hunting it often helps to see where they all are on a map of the city.

Search stage, notes and viewing dates
In the app you can note what stage each listing is at. You can add a note and write down the pros and cons. The app reminds you through your calendar when and where your viewing is.
Import
Import instead of retyping
The app can import an existing ad from a listing site by its link or from screenshots. Title, price, area, rooms, floor and address land in the app automatically.
